Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every piece is wheel-thrown and finished by hand in my home studio. Because of this, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique. 

 

Are your glazes food safe?

Yes, all glazes are lead free and food safe unless otherwise noted on the specific listing. 

 

Can I put them in the dishwasher?

Yes, top rack only, but I do recommend hand washing to extend their life. Dishwashers can cause extra wear and tear over time.

 

Can I use my mug in the microwave?

Yes, your piece is microwave safe for reheating only. Just avoid long or empty heating.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated (such as preorders or custom orders). You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on the way!

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final.  I try to provide multiple detailed photos of each piece to ensure you know fully what you are ordering.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

OH NO! I've got you. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery including photos of the damage and I will replace or refund your order. 

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, but it is limited and you must be subscribed to my email list to get the details on placing an order with a pickup option. 

 

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes! On a limited basis depending on my current projects and upcoming drops. If you have something in mind, fill out the contact form with your custom request details and I'll see what we can make happen.
