Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every piece is wheel-thrown and finished by hand in my home studio. Because of this, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique. 

 

Are your glazes food safe?

Yes, all glazes are lead free and food safe unless otherwise noted on the specific piece. 

 

Can I put them in the dishwasher or microwave?

Yes, but I do recommend hand washing to extend their life. Dishwashers can cause extra wear and tear over time. Microwave safe unless noted on the specific piece.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final.  I try to provide multiple detailed photos of each piece to ensure you know fully what you are ordering. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in the West Chicago area. You can select "Local Pickup" at checkout. 

 

Where is pickup located?

Pickup details and the exact address will be sent via email once your order is ready.

 

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Pickup is available during scheduled time windows. After your order is ready, typically 3-5 business days, you'll be able to choose a pickup time.

 

How does local pickup work?

Orders are prepaid online and placed outside during your selected pickup window. You'll receive an email with the exact address and instructions once your order is ready. 

 

What if I can't make the pickup window?

Please reply to your pickup email and we can coordinate another time that works.
